Modus Locus is a flex-use space owned by Ephraim Eusebio that hosts gallery shows, workshops and events. It is a place to celebrate arts and events by local residents. Ephraim bought the building where Modus Locus is located in the fall of 2013. The upstairs apartment was gutted and renovated, local restauranteur, Hector Ruiz, developed and opened La Ceiba Bistro, and the space of Modus Locus was completely remodeled. The floors were refinished, a kitchenette and new bathroom were added, and gorgeous new windows were installed, among countless other updates. After much hard work, the space is now ready to showcase artists' work, host classes and events.
