In the spirit of Dana (giving), this class is pay what you wish.
Class begins with guided meditation and simple vocalizations to open up a deeper breathing practice, followed by a slow warm-up of the spine, gently moving the joints, and bringing controlled movement to the muscles, allowing for a calming effect on the nervous system. Class will include a few weight-bearing poses (mix of standing poses, and working up to arm balances) with modification always available, followed by a short sivasana. This class focuses on grounding for an energized day. (On good weather days, we will move class to the SW corner of Powderhorn Park!)
