Relax and Restore Yoga with Louisa Fry

Slow down and return to your sacred self in this meditative practice combining gentle movement, long restorative holds, pranayama (breathing practices), and full-body guided relaxation. These practices activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest), allowing for deep cellular healing in the body and helping us to let go of and become more resilient to stress. Conscious stillness and inward focus calm the mind and guide us into natural states of meditation. Great for beginners and all levels.
