Kripalu Yoga is a style that points to gentle, gradual change. Your instructor, Drake Powe will guide you to a new, better relationship with your body. With greater levels of respect and kindness, we create more open communication with ourselves. Kripalu Yoga works for a wide range of students, from competitive athletes to clients dealing with chronic illnesses. Through the practice of close observation of their current limits, clients step into a natural process of healing. This begins to affect all levels of life and helps to reconnect clients with their intuition, both on and off the mat. Students find less pain, more love, and a deep faith in our their unique place in this life. Within this we find we can bring Yoga off the mat, and find that forgiveness is a full body experience.
