We are excited to hold silent space at Modus Locus every Friday morning. This is an open, unguided format where we invite you to practice meditation in your own way, whether sitting or moving mindfully.. let’s share silence together.



  • 8:00-8:15 - Arrive & Settle

  • 8:15 - Intro to Open Meditation

  • 8:20-8:40 - Meditation

  • 8:40 - Closing Bell

  • 8:45 - Community Time

Blankets, yoga mats, blocks, chairs are provided. 
Free offering, all are welcome!
