Laughter Yoga w/Danielle Coffield Ness & Louisa Fry

Need a good laugh?! Danielle Coffield Ness and fellow yoga instructor Louisa Fry will be guiding laughter yoga this Friday! 

Join us for playful movement, improvisation, and breathing exercises. 

Laughter yoga stimulates good brain hormones, can help clear out your lungs, increases circulation and gives your immune system a boost! 

Class will end with a laughter meditation and guided relaxation. Bring kids if you got em. No yoga mats or experience necessary. All laughing, breathing humans welcome!
