In the spirit of Dana (giving), this class is pay what you wish.
Class begins with guided meditation and breathing practice, followed by an aligned flow sequence to meet the needs of the day and season. Some more advanced poses will be introduced (arm balances, twists, etc.) with modifications always available. A restful sivasana closes class. (On good weather days, we will move class to the SW corner of Powderhorn Park!)
Come early or stay late with your questions: Calley hosts consultation hours from 11:30 - 12:00noon, and 1:00 - 2:00 pm
