WHAT IS THE PRACTICE PROJECT? ~ A yoga workshop-style class series (12 ppl max), of 8 individual sessions consisting of 5-minute meditation, 15-minute warm-up "Mysore style" (solo practice) with a provided sequence, and 70-minute interactive asana class tied into simple concepts of Ayurveda and yoga philosophy for deeper understanding of the poses, and the physical practice. Through observation and repetition, we learn patterns as viewed through the Tantra yoga method. We observe our individual experiences in contrast to those of one another. As stated by the great practitioner and educator Jon Kabat-Zinn, you cannot simply read about practice to gain its benefits, you have to actually do it. 

PURPOSE ~ Establish a solo practice, gain tools for self-learning and healthy growth, and have the support to stick with it by way of an intimate group. Tantra teaches us an understanding of the web of our selves, and our capabilities. 

COST ~ $180 per person for all 8 sessions. Attendance for all sessions recommended. Payment may be made in installments. More info & registration at
