Here's a Vocal Recital where we'll share our voices in a safe, loving and explorative space! 

7-7:15 - welcome & meet each other!
7:15-8:15 - Powerful vocal improv exercises that I learned on the lava in Hawaii with master improv teachers, that (no matter your level) will bring forth your vocal intuition and will connect you to each person in the bunch, in a way only sharing this way together, can. Simultaneously, these exercises are golden for getting you out of mind-stuff and into the moment! 
8:15-8:30 - Practices for ridding ourselves of performance anxiety & musical meditation. 
8:30-9:30 - Vocal Recital: Each person shares 1 song, improvisation, monologue, etc. By this point, we'll already be comfortable and connected, so it'll be pretty easy (I swear).
9:30-10 - closing sharing & blessing
